Fitness
Our goal in YMCA Health and Fitness to enable you to fully
participate in life. We do this through our land and water fitness
classes, wellness coaching and personal training, offering support,
encouragement and expertise to our members of every age and ability.
Whether your goal is to increase your athletic prowess or keep up with
the grand-kids, we will help you reach a that level of health and
fitness.
Cycling Classes
Come try the new spin classes at the YMCA. Spin classes increases your
cardiovascular strength, tone and sculpt legs, abs and burns and offer
an exceptional workout. To participate in the cycling class: call the
YMCA front desk at (541) 926-4488 to reserve your bike. You can reserve
bikes starting at 8:00am for that day or 6:00pm (the day prior) for

YMCA Therapeutic Massage:
Are your workouts limited by tight and stressed muscles, or are you sore
from your latest vigorous lifting session? Become refreshed, renewed and relaxed in an
environment where you feel secure, valued and peaceful.

Fees:
Members $25/half hour; $45/hour
Non-Members: $35/half hour; $60/ hour
Wellness Coaching:
Do you need help determining the most efficient way to reach your
fitness goals? Sign up at the front desk for a Fitness Center
Orientation (Free) or Wellness Coaching ($10 - Complete Cardio and
Strength Plan). You may also sign up for Personal Training, Nutrition
Counseling or a Fitness Evaluation. To contact the Health and Fitness

YMCA Wellness Guide Program:
If you are someone who has experienced positive health changes as a
result of your diligence in working out at the YMCA and other lifestyle
changes, and you don’t mind being available to help others on their
journey, please email Kylar Dunn. We are
looking for members who will wear a YMCA t-shirt (provided) that
identifies them as someone
who is willing to offer support and encouragement to other members just
during their own workouts. No extra visits required!

Personal Fitness Coaching (Fee)
For more individualized or advanced fitness training you may schedule a
session with a Certified Personal Trainer or YMCA Strength and
Conditioning Coach.
